All our clinicians offer free consultations where you can ask questions and share your needs/concerns to make sure we are a good fit for you, all before you have to fill out any paperwork or pay a single cent! We also offer free referral support to other providers who may be able to provide services that we cannot, and a waitlist for in-need locals with spots opening up on average every 14-45 days.

Sarah is currently accepting clients on a sliding scale out of pocket or out of network rate of $100-150/hour. In-network insurance contracts with Blue Cross and California Victim Compensation Board Funds are pending, please check back here for updates!

Pilar is accepting clients on her waitlist, with a set fee of $150/hour out of pocket or out of network, and is in-network with the following insurances.

If you want to find out if you can use your out of network benefits, we recommend you contact your insurance provider and ask for an Explanation of Benefits that will clarify your in or out of network rates, copays, deductibles, out of pocket limits, etc.

This practice does not offer psychiatric services/prescription medications or court-ordered services/classes at this time.

We do have a contract with Calaveras County CHHSA to offer therapy to parents with active CPS cases, paid for by the county. Please reach out to your social worker to ask for a referral!

Unfortunately, at this time our clinicians cannot accept clients with MediCal/MediCaid, MediCare, and we are not in-network with Anthem Blue Cross or Blue Shield plans or Kaiser based insurances, and can only support clients to use these plans if they are PPO’s with out of network benefits. However, any services provided by our interns including groups and therapy with intern providers are free and available including those with these plans! See our intern services tab for more information on services currently planned or available.

Special contracts with county courts for current foster youth or AB12 adults, EAP single use agreements, and other special arrangements for locals with no other service options may be available, feel free to set up a consult to explore!
